❌ Perfumes opened/used
❌ Items without original packaging
❌ Customer damage or misuse

Exchange Instead of Refund
Most orders qualify for exchange, not refund, due to hygiene & product handling rules.
Refunds are issued ONLY if the exact product is unavailable.

Return Process

2. Share pictures/video of the issue
3. Return pickup will be arranged
4. After inspection, exchange/refund is processed
